i12000 Series Operator Panels
KePlast 12000 control systems are equipped with Intel Celeron processors. As opposed to single-board computers, their hardware is modular and can be expanded with plug-in modules or via an integrated CAN bus. The application offers an expandable scope of functions and integrated components to automate fully electric injection moulding machines. Network connection is handed via Ethernet with peripheral devices such as printers, modems, etc. being connected via USB ports.
High Quality Visualisation
High quality, Touchscreen TFT displays, with a range of 8" - 12" and complete graphic can be selected for the visualisation of the i2000 controllers. The operating and service pages are based on Java technology, which enables the quick and easy creation of customised user interfaces. KePlast i2000 systems also have service and quality data pages (e.g. for process data monitoring or quality data statistics.)
Customized Panels
The switch and operator panels of the KePlast control systems can be configured in such a manner that end customers always gets their "own" controllers. Everything that is visible on displays and panels can be implemented on a customer-specific basis using special imprinting, individual keyboard formats and mappings, exchangeable, inserted strips, etc. The user interface of the visualisation can also be quickly and easily modified to suit end customer needs.
